Custom Fabrication:
The experienced and highly skilled personnel of our fabrication shop can handle all of your custom or engineer specified needs. Our shop is equipped with the tools to get the job done right. The most recent piece of equipment added to our shop is a C fold poly-scrim sealer. This equipment is capable of fully sealing custom cut board products inside of plastic bags for sound attenuation and ease of installation. The work horse of our shop is our insulation saw with abilities to fabricate rolls, board and fittings to every custom dimension needed. The PVC oven is another key component to our services. With a capacity to form thousands of feet of covering per cycle ranging from 5/8" x 1/2" to over 24" x 2" pipe sizes. We also have available custom made removable covers that are measured in the field and individually sewn to form a perfect fit every time. When your need for stainless steel or aluminum metals arise we can cut and roll the size you need.
